PFM Stone successfully completed the comprehensive renovation of a grand palace in Markhiya, Doha, Qatar, spanning 16,000 m² with an interior area of 11,000 m². The project, which includes two swimming pools, a majilis area, guest house, and main palace, began in autumn 2018. PFM updated the intricate Italian design to better align with client preferences, focusing on facade cladding, interior gypsum wall, and window installations using materials shipped from China.
PFM Stone was honored to participate in constructing a luxurious villa in Palestine, helping the owner fulfill his childhood dream. Situated on a hilltop with sentimental value, this 3000 sqm property features limestone facades and Beige marble interiors. The villa includes a stunning French garden with a central 10-meter fountain visible from the balcony.
From 2015 to 2017, PFM supplied materials and handled installations for Mr. Shams's private villa in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, a renowned landmark project. The owner’s nephew, Nazir, consulted with us on materials including marble, wood floors, panels, furniture, and brass handrails, all meeting high-quality standards. Notably, the precise installation of brass handrails was completed to perfection, earning the family's satisfaction.
Spa Hayot, one of Tajikistan's premier luxury spas, features an exterior wall covering 5,000 m² with a variety of granites. PFM ensured material quality through its stringent controls and deployed 45 skilled workers and a project manager for the installation. The project was completed to high standards of professionalism, efficiency, and aesthetics.
The Back Bolt System secures the stirrups to the bottom support and continuously fixes the rising profile by drilling and forming a horizontal contour to resist wind pressure. It also involves machining on the back of the panels, followed by the continuous insertion of steel clips, which are specially designed to anchor clamps, ensuring they can hook onto the horizontal contour, thereby providing a secure installation for the forward-facing panels.
The Slotted Dry Hanging System secures metal pipes to the concrete wall and connects the stone slabs to a metal frame using metal pendants. This system welds L-shaped metal pendants onto metal plates, which are then fixed to the wall with bolts through straight metal pieces, completing the metal suspension structure. Designed to minimize the risk of stone detachment upon impact, this system offers enhanced shock resistance.
Characterized by its metal frame fixation, the structure comprises only metal suspensions and 25 mm stone panels, ensuring maximum versatility, safety, and design freedom.
The Mounting Bracket System hangs stone tiles directly on the existing concrete wall using only brackets for fixation and support, with expanding bolts securing the brackets and tightly fastening the stone tiles, suitable for installations with space limitations.
